Both homes were constructed by Manning Homes, LLC within the current year. The New Cumberland home is currently under construction but will be completed prior to June 30th so taking advantage of the tax credit is possible.
Speaking of the tax credit…
The Builder has announced a limited time incentive. They will MATCH the tax credit if the home is purchased before May 1. That means if you are a first time home buyer you could receive $16,000 just for buying a new home!! Definitely something to consider if you are currently looking for a home.
